Extended Stay America Suites- Phoenix - Chandler

Grateful to have spent a couple days here. Came here last minute due to conditions in near by space. — This place is well maintained, people are friendly, and it’s near a lot of different places you can walk to easily. Milijana, the house keeping, and the maintenance man in the elevator ended my weekend much better than it started out. Thank you. Thank you. 🙏🏽

This place looks neat and tidy from the outside. That's where it ends. They advertised breakfast, all they had was a black counter with coffee and packaged blueberry muffins and energy bars. The elevator was broken for 2 days of my week long stay. The staff never serviced my room. When I ran out of half gone roll of toilet paper, there was no spare. I when I tried to call the front desk, I got a busy signal. I went down to the desk to inform them that there phone appears to be off the hook. The clerk says, i guess it's broken! Not acceptable! This is an extended stay motel. It has a kitchen but, there were NO kitchen tools, plates, or cups. I went back to the desk and the clerk handed me a coffee maker and a dirty coffee mug! There were no hangers in the closet with a curtain for a door! I

My experience from the beginning was horrible,, the manager was chatting for 20 minutes on the phone before acknowledging me. The check in was supposed to be at 10:00am per Expedia; which was not honored upon arrival. Our bath tub was clogged, I called the front desk, he said he would send the janitor. A gal showed up with a stick that she stuck in the tub. She began to laugh and she said she has no idea what she was doing. It was not a funny matter.I had two small children that needed to bathe after traveling for hours. Your staff defenitly needs to be re-educated, and your staff needs to have some mandatory in-services. I would not refer my Colorado friends or families to stay here at your Chandler location.

The people in the room next to us fought all night. We heard stuff breaking, yelling, people physically stomping, banging and hitting the walls. We literally did not want to complain because last night because we did want any problems with them in case they were not kicked out after. It's is very obviously a horrible domestic about situation. That's seems like its been going on. The room was just a room carpets were kinda gross and the stove is very out dated. The cable tv offerings were minimal. I am literally standing here at the front desk trying to check out and have been standing here for over 20 min and nobody has showed up to help. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You ruined my wife and eyes staycation. TO ANYONE THAT READS THIS DO NOT STAY HERE.
