Excellent Stay with Minor Room for ImprovementGreat location with friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Hotel facilities were well-maintained and breakfast offered good variety. Only minor issue was occasional noise from hallway traffic. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Solid value for money.

Simply put it's the only place I will stay while working nights in Phoenix. Nice and quiet setting throughout the day, full sized kitchen with cabinet storage and counter space are of quality. The housekeeping are super friendly, and not intentionally loud while working. Front desk staff are welcoming and supportive at literally every hour of the night. Overly convenient being a just a $10 Waymo ride away from Sky Harbor airport. Or if you're driving in, it's 300yds from the freeway, while being 15 minutes from downtown, it's the perfect location if you are trying to see the city without being IN it. I have been flying in and out of here for a year now and would love to thank the recent/current staff for making these last 7 months feel less hotelly and more homey.

Positive: Room furnished refrigerator, stove, and microwave is convenient. Negative: Bathroom does not have counter for use.

Over a 2 month time span the nightly rate varies from $75 to $233. Since management priced the rate at the higher end during my stay, this review is based on paying close to $200 for a room that is worth only $75. Overall the building and room are worn down. Signs of saving a buck are evident everywhere. Worn down and stained carpeting in the room. Poor paint job and signs of peeling throughout. Chair in the room with cracks in it, mismatched bulbs in the lamp with one non-functional and the other broken and hanging from the lamp. Threadbare towels that are stained. Very worn refrigerator. The included breakfast was non-existent, staff recommended going down the street for food. I strongly advise against taking an "extended" stay at this hotel unless you are paying the lowest ra
