Extended Stay America Suites- Philadelphia - King of Prussia

Positive: The only thing I liked was at the front desk. She helped when she was actually at the front desk, answered questions and was just nice. Negative: The manager discriminated against my children and myself. She called another hotel personally and told them not to rent a room to me…and it goes on! I’ll save the space at this time however. No one was EVER at the front desk. I could go on!! HORRIBLE!

It was very nice customer service was great easy check in process and clean room. I really appreciated feeling safe. The front desk provided helpful maps with local points of interest, making it easy to explore.

My check in and stay was great. The young man at the front desk, Shadir, was a great help, answered every question my group had and made us feel extremely welcomed after spending hours and hours on the road. I wanted to intentionally write a review because customer service like his needs to be acknowledged and modeled. Thank you Shadir!

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was efficient, clean and very comfortable. The staff members are excellent. Always helpful and friendly. Kim was very nice, welcoming, and professional.

Jana was amazing! She went above and beyond with her customer service efforts. She was very knowledgeable and informative and friendly and accommodating. ESA would do well to staff their front desks with similar versions of Jana. Also I love my room!
