Extended Stay America Select Suites- Phoenix - Airport - E. Oak St.

Positive: It allowed my family to be together Negative: The room was so bad. I opened the door and it smelled of mold and smoke. I asked the desk for some deodorizer and explained, they didn’t care, broken drawers, mold , dirty rag AND dirty footprints in tub????

Will never stay here again. Stayed a few years ago and is just as bad as I remembered. Thought things would have changed, but it’s nice to know that if they didn’t care before they won’t ever care at all. Checking in and out was easy and painless. Went up to my room to find the floor is completely sticky. Like I have to forcefully lift my foot to move around the room. Inspected the rest of the room where many drawers were broken in the kitchen and they are still glued like I remember. Went to the bathroom quickly and the toilet water pressure was low. Contemplated taking a shower but the tub had some chips in the flooring. Barely started to unpack when someone tried to enter my room? Some random person had an extra key to it and I told them to go away. Packed my things up quickly and req

Do not stay at this hotel! Rooms are disgusting, broken drawers, stained carpets, roaches, mold in bathrooms, couch was ripped, ceiling had some sort of smear on it, old needle on ground, junkies sitting outside their rooms watching people check in, room smelled of pot, doors do not lock, and a lady staying there said to make sure we lock our car doors. This hotel should be shut down by the health department!!! Absolutely the worst motel ever!!

Not the cleanest place or best water pressure but the staff was great especially Loretta! She even called to make sure our room was ok, which I said yes because it wasn’t anything that was in her control. She was quick, nice, and made us feel welcome! We did have to go get our own towels from the office. Not the worst place but also think it’s over priced for the way it was. Tried to give Loretta a shoutout on the survey they emailed out but I clicked through it too fast

My friend and I stayed here this past Sat-Sun and our experience was horrible. We were told that our rooms were ready by 2p and can check in. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was very nice and super helpful! Once we got to our rooms, it looked absolutely nothing like the pics on the website!! My friend’s room wasn’t ready and the housekeeper told her to step out because she wasn’t finished. She was also very rude to my friend throughout the stay. My room had people outside nearby smoking, and homeless people around the property even staying (I don’t judge we all deserve a roof over our heads). Upon entry, my room smelled like a whole pack of old newports. My lamp next to my bed didnt work and was missing a lightbulb. After I got a lightbulb it still didnt work. The sink was dirty and had
