Extended Stay America Select Suites- Atlanta - Duluth

My son and I have been staying at Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Duluth since February 3rd, and this location has truly been a blessing during a difficult transition for our family. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and easy to make feel like home once you add your own personal touches. That has meant a lot for me because I have also been able to host visits here with my other three children, and the space has made those moments comfortable and meaningful for us. One of my favorite things about staying here is the kitchenette. I love to cook, so having that available has made a huge difference. The people that work here are amazing and the best staff ever encountered at an extended stay hotel. They are warm and open to everyone. I will come and stay again and again and suggest anyone to stay here. Thank you to this amazing staff for all you do

Positive: Nothing . I left an hour in to my stay Negative: Everything . Drug dealers and crackheads everywhere . Hotel was closed when I got there so I was on the phone for an hour trying to figure out how to obtain my room key, being harassed the whole time .

IVE BEEN AT THIS PLACE SINCE FEB OF 2025. I HAVENT EVRR HAD PROBLEMS WITH ANY BAD SMELLS. NO BUGS OR ROACHES!! FULL SIZE KITCHENS AND FULL SIZE REFRIGERATORS!! ID STAY AT THIS PLACE OVER THE HOTELS IVE EVRR STAYED AT... A special shoutout to Randy, who truly made our stay here even better.His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for our needs. We will absolutely be staying here again, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is disgusting!! I arrived around 12:30am last night after an 11 hour drive and no one was at the front desk. There’s a sign on the wall to use the lobby phone for late check-ins, but someone stole the phone off the wall. I called the hotel number from my cellphone which redirects you to a dispatch center and they ensured me they called the night attendant to come check me in. I waited and waited and waited and wound up calling 2 more times explaining no one was there. Finally, 40 minutes later and now 1:30 in the morning, a lady comes down. She was very nice and checked me in quickly. Once I got to my room, it was horrendous! The heat/ac didn’t work and had an error code on the screen so I just slept with the window open. That was necessary anyway because
