Possibly the most unprofessional and low end Customer Service I’ve ever had. I’ve worked in hospitality and property management for 20 years. After bringing to the attention to the management a number of issues from the remote control without batteries and televisions that don’t work, hotel rooms that do not have heaters that work, I was asked not to come back. My family is homeless so we come and stay in this accommodation to keep warm during cold nights and during rainy season. I have not had more than one occasion where the heater worked in a bedroom that we stayed in. I was told I could not get a refund if I stayed and that the room could be changed but no guarantee of a heater that works. Terrible Experience at Executive Inn – Avoid at All Costs! I can honestly say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in with my guy friend on November 14, it was clear that this place does not care about cleanliness or guest comfort. I wanted to watch TV, but it was completely impossible it only had one battery, making it totally useless. The floor throughout the hotel was dangerously slippery, which felt unsafe every time I walked. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting grime everywhere, and it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. We stayed here after a 49ers game at Levi's Stadium. The price was the attraction and the website photos seemed to present a decent hotel. I should have done more research. ||||The hotel is easily accessible from the freeway. The front desk person was not exactly the most friendly, engaging person. Unbeknownst to us, the hotel was/is under construction. The second floor is undergoing a renovation and there is scaffolding everywhere. Luckily we arrived late so there was no construction noise. The revolving door of people all night in the parking lot and adjacent rooms provided plenty of noise. Do Not Stay Here Room was filthy with mold in the bathroom, a leaking toilet, cockroaches, and bed bugs. Serious pest infestation. The motel is in a high-crime area and felt unsafe. When I asked for a refund, the hotel refused and lied about the situation. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
