Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North

I don’t think I have ever enjoyed a hotel stay more. From the incredibly warm welcome and goodie bag at the front desk to the unbelievable view from our balcony…. This hotel was pure heaven! The bathroom was HUGE with plenty of room for two of my daughters and I to get ready. We loved having a separated sleeping/hanging out space. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the breakfast has got the be in my top 5 of all the hotels I have ever stayed at. Every item of food was fresh, tasted wonderful AND there was plenty! Though we saw plenty of others when we left our room, the room itself was amazingly quiet. We especially loved the geometric view as we rode the glass elevators to and from our floor.

Stayed at this hotel while attending AmFest 2025. Hotel is about 2 miles from the convention center but very easy to get to with light rail 200 feet from hotel. Hotel is clean and nicely decorated - check-in was easy and staff was very friendly. Love the free breakfast and the cocktail hour in the evening. Do not really have anything negative to say except that while the lobby is decorated so nicely for the holidays and there were many, many Christmas decorations, there was not a single Menorah for Chanukkah - for sure there are Jewish guests, and I found it to be a bit insensitive.

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a small store area with drinks and snacks for purchase. The breakfast was always great. Negative: The room makes a waterfall sound every time the air conditioner turns on. You can hear everything in the lobby like plates, people, etc. even on the 9th floor.

Ruben and JR provided some of the best front desk service I’ve experienced. I travel frequently and stay at many hotels, including some very high-end properties, and the level of service these two delivered truly stood out. They were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across front desk agents who make such a positive impression. Kudos to Ruben and JR for representing Embassy Suites so well and making the experience exceptional! ⭐👏

I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We booked two rooms, and one of them had a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as we entered. There were visible bubbled leaks on the bathroom ceiling, clearly indicating moisture issues. The sheets also had a very strong, distinct smell, making the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. On top of that, the refrigerator’s motor ran loudly throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. I reported these issues to the front desk immediately. I was told I would receive a 50% discount because I could not change rooms, as we were leaving early for our daughter’s graduation at Arizona State University. Based on that assurance, we stayed. Later, I received an email stating that
