Element Valley Forge King of Prussia

The first day we got here, there was a major stain on the bed that looked like bodily fluids, so we asked to change rooms, which took a day. We could not use the second bed for a day even though we paid for it. There was also a big stain on the carpet. When we got to the second room, I immediately noticed a very dirty chair that was covered in stains. The shower had grime and what looked like mold in it, and the sheets and washcloths had stains on them. I requested housekeeping and they barely cleaned the room. They didn’t vacuum or wipe any of the countertops. My family and I itched the entire time we were here. The breakfast also got increasingly worse as time went on. All but two of the staff have an attitude problem and should not be in hospitality. The rooms are either cold or hot, no inbetwen no matter how you set the thermostat. Traveling for work it's important to get good sleep and this was simply not possible. Both rooms I was in, the bathroom fan didn't work. Coffee in the lobby was absolutely disgusting. No amount of sugar could help. The food at breakfast is barely suited for my dog, absolutely disgusting. When you go up to fill your plate you get mean mugged by the skinny guy behind the counter, as if he's trying to intimidate you not to take food so he doesn't have to refil it. Unacceptable and very uncomfortable when I'm just trying to get breakfast and go about my day. Be careful of the silverware, half of the ones I grabbed had grime

I spent last night at the King of Prussia element. Got in very late after 19-hour day. The night time staff was pleasant and pathetic and communicated that they were there to help me have a comfortable stay. It was appreciated. ||It was in the morning when I checked out that Aaliyah at the desk was full of vibrant energy, empathy and really authentic and a joy to deal with. I have to say I'm not the easiest person to communicate with because I ask a lot of questions. Expect confident articulate answers and Aaliyah did a wonderful job. My girlfriends and I stayed at the KOP location and we had a great time! The location is so convenient to so many things! We always celebrate our birthdayssomewhere different but this time we could only stay overnight. The rooms were limited, there was a soccer tournament that weekend so the room I wanted to book was not available. Our room was comfy and had enough space for us all though. The things I am dinging is first the parking. It isn't great. One part of the lot facing the hotel entrance is blocked by high hedges. Not good for evening parking. The second ding is the breakfast.
