Economy Lodge Texas City Refinery

Positive: The bed was very comfortable and clean.but that was the onlything clean. Negative: Wasn't clean... accept for blanket and sheets

Well, let me see first thing is as we get to our room at the bathrooms got water all over it so they had to change a room and then we get to our second room our TV don’t work. We got a phone on the table, but it don’t work either. They don’t give you no towels no room service we went and spent the whole day in Galveston. Come back Motel and they locked us out and then I asked him why they locked us out and she was so rude. These people are very rude. They need better management or something.

My husband and I came here a few times and I just never took the times to write a review. But this is a great place to come to with your family. The price is very affordable. We just move to Texas city and we are searching for an apt. We been here for 3wks now and the staff have been nothing but nice to us. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay or get away. Its nice and quiet. No one bothers you and there is even a clinic and store near by. This is by far one of the greatest hotels I have ever been to beside the Marriott.

This was absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed at or been to. The staff and owners were rude. When we got there first of all it's across from a refinery a big one and it rained off and on and the rain was dark brown bc the refinery there. There were drugs deals and addicts hanging out outside they're were syringe caps all over the parking lot. The room was nasty I had to clean the whole room myself. The AC leaked all over the floor, there were tons of roaches in the room, the lights didn't work in the room, the room smelled horrible, the bath tub hadn't been cleaned at all, there was hair and dirt in it. The floor was covered in dirt and was gross, the toilet was nasty. All around the worst ever. When asked for a refund we were told no and treated like we did something wrong. I hav
