Best Western Texas City I-45

We drove 12 1/2hrs yesterday and got here at almost 4am. The staff was SO nice! The room was spacious, clean and looked modern and new. We missed breakfast and Susan made sure the kids and I didn't leave hungry. Thank you to Susan and to Best Western. We were very satisfied with our experience!!

My husband and I came to Texas for a few days to visit family and really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, smelled fresh, and was well organized, making it easy to get around. We do wish breakfast had a few more options for the main meal, but overall it was a good experience. The staff was wonderful—very kind and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We recently stayed one night at this BW in TX City to catch our cruise ship out of Galveston the next day.||The person at the desk was not very friendly nor welcoming. The entrance area looked really nice, like in the picture on their website. Our room looked clean at first glance, but it was not. I found a large hairball next to the TV stand, corners were not swept or mopped.||The bathroom was not clean either. The bathtub needed to be replaced or at least refurbished, floors were cleaned in the center part only.||The breakfast was poor, even the setting on the waffle maker was wrong and they came out undercooked. We stuck to eating yoghurt and a banana to be safe.||Needless to say that we will not stay there again!!

Positive: nothing Negative: had bad management , when we arrived there room AC was off and was very bad hot when i ask them why AC is off they said our manager said AC should be off because of electricity bill and breakfast was very bad too

We stayed here last night for the first time and we will be returning. The rooms were really nice, property was quiet, and the breakfast was a good selection. The only problem I had was the room could’ve been a little cleaner but I’ll definitely come back.
