SpringHill Suites by Marriott Texas City

This is an excellent hotel off of I45, outskirts of Texas City. Easily accessible, very nice facility, spacious and perfectly clean room, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The shower is perfect as well with lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. The breakfast was just ok, but the coffee was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could not be anymore impressed and glad I found this gem. We will be back!

The Good:||The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bedding was comfortable. Near by restaurants was convenient. The property was kept nice and appeared to be fairly new. The staff were friendly and polite. ||The Bad:||Nothing significant. Only observation was that the breakfast area only had one toaster creating a little traffic. Maybe a few more will be nice to have. ||Overall the stay was pretty good and we plan to return.

We arrived after a long road trip and found plenty of parking to choose from. We promptly checked in with the very friendly staff. Other members of our party ran into travel difficulties with Delta, so we ended up hanging out in the lobby making phone calls on their behalf. Staff offered to help us a number of times and even gave helpful advice. The hotel itself was very clean. Our room had comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Only weird thing was the shower curtain, which was cut so that it fell above the tub side. Thus water that hit the curtain quickly ran out of the tub and onto the floor. Breakfast was free and pretty good. Lots of choices and a few types of fresh fruit. It was very busy and seating was at a premium, but well worth the short wait. Will stay here again.

Delightful stay! The staff is very welcoming, kind, and even funny! The breakfast was good and there was a variety each day. The breakfast attendant, Reba, was the most caring I've ever seen! The breakfast seating was confortable and clean. The room was spotless upon arrival. Quality stay!
