Very nice and clean room. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of room for the whole family. Beds were comfy and had a variety of pillow types. Coffee machine was the standard type but plenty of supplies for making a night cap of decaf.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, except bathrooms could have been slightly more clean. Slightly dirty floor and shower in there. The AC worked great. It was a quiet area to stay in for great sleep. The breakfast was not very good. No fruit selections. The waffles were good. Coffee terrible. I wish there would be more of a selection. I don’t think I will stay again as I can find another location with more amenities and quality.

Positive: The first desk attendant when we arrived really made us feel at Home. She was also there in the morning and was very bright and cheery. Very nice staff and accomodating. Negative: I noticed some mold on the bathroom shower and the cleaning in the bathroom wasn't really up to par.

Great Stay! Close to the Cruise port. Very nice place to stay. Miss Monique at the front desk made us feel welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The manager Alexis is so kind and helpful. My family and myself stayed there for almost 2 months. The only cons were the new lady when we left knocking on our door asking us what time are we leaving? As we were being rushed after spending 2 months there and probably $2000 + there. It seemed very distasteful. Also the lady asked my room # and told me my card was declined one day at breakfast infront of people. She needs to learn better customer service. She doesnt even look approachable. But overall Alexis made this stay so pleasant , spoke to myself and kids every morning just went above and beyond every single day! What a kind soul. I would deff recommend this hotel
