Economy Inn Express

As a traveling doordasher, the room was comfortable. It has carpet and updated fridges which I enjoy very much. No bugs were found. Pretty much overall a comfortable and clean stay. I would love to see a breakfast bar at this hotel in the future. The staff are very kind and front desk is very helpful and provided Excellent customer service. I have stayed at this hotel for almost a month now and I enjoy where I am at for the moment.

You couldn't give me a weeks free stay here. My wife, myself, and a couple we've known for years just wanted to get away from the world for a day. We got a room here.....they charged us $15 extra for a room with 2 beds cause there was 4 of us. When we got in the room, got settled, left to go t.the store and came back, the owner came beating on the door saying he called the police. He said no more than 4 in the room. I opened the door and showed him. Only 4 inside.....he then went on to call me a liar ny saying the 4 there weren't the original 4 who went in the room. I assured him we were. Then he started again about wanting IDs from everyone in the room, tag number off the car, etc etc.....completely unwarranted. I was renting this room for my son. The front desk attendant was a Indian male. He didn’t want to rent me the room because my Discover card declined (only because there was a hold on the card from the cruise ship that I'd just returned from this day-usually a couple of days after cruising the cc is on hold). I attempted to explain and use another card and he rudely dismissed me and my alternate cc, without hearing me! I then offered to just pay cash (my son requested this location and ii was tired…just trying to get it done after a long trip).He refused my cash, again treating me like I was trash and trying to get over on him. Recently my family tried getting a room after they went up to the office to get a room they says the last room we was in the button to turn on the lamp was broke they said when we was in the room last time it was already broken!! And they was very rude and had a nasty attitude when we told them. Do not recommend to come here very nasty rooms blankets have holes in them towels have stains on them and roaches and bed bugs in the room!!! Do not come here very rude people and and can’t barley speak English!!!!!!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I tried to get a room after my apartment was flooded out due to a broken pipe. I called first to inquire if they had vacancies. The guy I spoke with on the phone ensured me that they had rooms available and that I could also check in as soon as I got there. I arrived three minutes after the phone call and talked to the exact same guy at the front desk. He looked at me and said we have no rooms please leave. I replied that i just spoke with you over the phone not even three minutes ago and yet he kept saying just leave please leave no rooms. I felt that since I was a black man with dreads, i was being racially profiled. I felt so disgusted with him and that hotel. Save your money and go some place else. Please send this hotel out of business!!!!
