Just stayed here because I ran CIM and am a Choice Privileges member. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and chose this hotel as it was right near the buses and finish line for the race. The bed was comfortable! The room was basic but it was clean and just what I needed. I wish there was a coffee maker in the room but there was a mini-fridge and microwave. I also liked the mini table in the room too! Thanks for a quick stay!

Frankly, the lodging seemed like it needed a bit of work. The staff were polite, however there did appear to be multiple cracks visible in parts of the building. I also discovered multiple cockroaches in my room; I killed three, didn't catch others. The interior was up to date though, and otherwise the stay was comfortable. More or less what I expected for the price, though I would at least expect the staff to be more concerned if I mentioned a roach problem; the clerk in particular seemed to have an unusually calm reaction upon being told.

Pics and reviewer’s comments were very misleading. The hotels and rooms are extremely old and outdated. You can hear a lot of weird noises generated from unknown machines even at night, with noises from the parking lot.The amenities are so poor. The flushing button of the toilet is broken. Mirrors are broken.Never worthy of a return and highly no recommendation for any solo/family/biz travelers.Neighborhood of Sacramento is very very great, only except this poor inn….

Worth the money. Not a luxury room but sufficient. Guy at check in is very nice. It would be nice if they had coffee in the room. Instead, the office and they only have sweetened creamers. I hate sweetened creamers. Close to everything

The room and floors were very dirty. Turned my feet black just walking barefoot. I had to wipe a lot of the room down. Years of filth on the light switches and baseboards. I felt uncomfortable from how dirty it was. Possibly the dirtiest motel I've ever stayed in. Super cruddy. The hair dryer made a horrible noise when I turned it on and then it caught fire and broke. Their soda machine was broken but at least the a/c worked well. The bathtub creaked so loudly while taking a shower, it sounded like the bottom of it was gonna fall out and land on the floor below us.
