Econo Lodge at Military Circle

Room and bathroom were not swept and mini fridge had black something(mold??). We were given the option for a roll away bed so we made our reservation (we made the reservation with them through their app, not a 3rd party) with a roll away bed included. When we arrived and asked for our roll away bed, we were told they don’t offer that.

Staff is very nice, room rate is very affordable given location. Especially, around the 4th of July. Room is clean, air conditioning works extremely well. With the exception of my last 2 nights, towels were restocked. Only draw back is some folks would smoke weed around the area and one can definitely notice. Nothing the staff can do but more for being aware of what one may experience. Stayed for 6 days and always felt safe there.

Good evening I would like to speak to someone about the manage on duty. She was very rude when I came down to ask for toilet paper she told me housekeeping came and cleaned my room when housekeeping didn't even come to my room then she proceeded to say that I'm not to come down and ask for toilet paper ever again. I have another complaint I've been trying to take a shower/bath and the water is cold so I wasn't able to take a shower or bath. I paid $70 the 1st night and $80 some dollars the other 2 nights that's a lot of money to spend and not have hot water, clean towels and toilet paper. I would like to be compensated for the horrible service from the manager on duty.

The stay was amazing. We came down for NSU s homecoming . The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and nice. We needed towels and they were very gracious. We will be back. Excellent job!! 👏

Please do not go to this location, they’re very unprofessional especially the manager she’s so rude and disrespectful! My second time I booked online, then I get hit with a $150? Because apparently I stole a blanket , which no I didn’t! Went back and fourth with the manager just to be disrespected and cursed at, very unprofessional! Just avoid this place at all costs! These people love to lie on you!
