E-Z 8 Motel Phoenix

I have only been here for a few hours, but so far it’s been perfect. The rooms are large and will definitely accommodate wheelchairs. The room is clean. The people are friendly. I’m really amazed and I will update this after I check out tomorrow but so far I love it, and this would be great for any type of a disabled person. The countertops are lower. The doorways are very wide. There’s Nothing to inhibit a wheelchair from going from the bedroom into the bathroom at all, and the pool is heated!

The place is very convenient. Close to downtown close to the airport. Very respectful staff pet friendly they love my dog. Everybody is doing good. I recommend this. To anyone and it’s close to food places everything is close by.

Positive: Absolutely nothing. I think your company needs to issue me a refund as the pictures on your website are extremely misleading. Negative: I've told your customer service dept. about all about my repulsive experience and I can't get a refund because of some technicality

Got there to check in only to find that my reservation was canceled because they couldn't run my card early, despite the fact that I was supposed to pay when I got there and wasn't given the option to pay when I made the reservation. The same thing happened to the guy before me at check-in, too. And of course they were sold out so we were SOL. Supposedly they called me but I had no voicemail from them. Can't help thinking they were looking for excuses to cancel lower rate reservations so they could charge more for the rooms. May not be the case, but sure felt like it.

Checked in this evening. Despite being a non-smoking room the room smells awful. Curtains not hanging properly from the hooks. The towels provided were damp. The front desk person did allow me to exchange them. At least the bathroom is clean. The comment below from them is because my comment is written under my son's name. I am Judy and if you check your records you will see i was there.
