Delta Hotels Norfolk Airport

The hallways reek of some foul smell and the elevators smell like marijuana and there was also roaches in my room. Food here is also very expensive. But the workers here are very nice and are very professional and helpful.

I had a terrible experience. Day 1 the door for the closet to hand clothes was off the frame. I opened the door and hurt my back. The front office offered nothing not even a sorry. Blood on the covers, cleaning service was the worst I've ever seen. Found rouches at the coffee bar. My trash was left behind, less towels and rags provided each day. "Clean" sheets i found long black hairs and I'm bald. Just terrible experience I'll never come back.

I’m normally not a person to leave a bad review but DONT STAY HERE. We found a cockroach in our room. Confirmed by not only a Google Lens search but also the on site engineer. We also found an old fingernail and the room was just overall outdated and kinda musty. We talked to customer service about what we found and they tried to only offer $75. I stated we were simply not paying for a room with roaches in it , which was when the GM called from home to apologize and comp our stay (first apology we heard). I was just not very impressed with the cleanliness or the service. Bar staff and some of the front desk staff were very nice and friendly.

Positive: The shuttle service was great-the drivers were super kind. Negative: It was run down-it looked nothing like the pictures in its site.

The head staff member, Chaz, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect, while Valerie at the guest registry was warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. The Pantry offered a fantastic array of delicious and healthy options, including fresh fruit cups, yogurt, gourmet coffees, pastries, doughnuts, fruit juices, and granola bars. This selection was not only delicious but very nutritious. The hotel's pool was a wonderful oasis, perfect for unwinding. I had the entire pool to myself at 6am.
