Days Inn by Wyndham West-Eau Claire

the hotel was just ok. the bed was comfy, it had a pool and hot tub, couple breakfast items not a whole lot though. i thought it was ok for the price. now there were somethings i noticed about the room that kind of grossed me out. there were a lot of stains on the sheets and bedding, there was a hole in the bathroom door looked like someone punched it almost. there was a lot of chipped paint on the walls. there was only shampoo in the shower so looked like the other bottles of conditioner and body wash were ripped off the walls and i had to go buy my own because there was no one there at the front desk to talk to a couple times i checked. the one room itself seemed pretty clean besides the sheets. the hot tub was good not super warm like bath water temp. overall i’d stay here for the price

Hotel is easily accessible from highway and for the price point, it’s very decent. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Areas of hotel are older but it’s in the midst of a renovation. Staff is friendly and helpful, which is a plus at a lower priced hotel. Often they are not. Breakfast offerings and dining area were just OK. For an interim stop on a road trip, it’s good option, and they are pet friendly with a very reasonable $20 fee.

Positive: "" Negative: Very bad service, Got very sick from staying there the blankets and towels was stained the toilets was moving. Paint peeling from the walls they stare at you why your swimming with your family, the breakfast was cold and old. They don't give back deposits

If i could give NEGATIVE stars i would. Ive had to stay here long term bc of personal reasons, here is what you can expext: -ZERO discounts on long term stays -"Breakfast" is a gallon of milk, raisin bran, fruit loops, yogurt, slices of white bread (Handled without gloves), and a waffle maker that you have to run twice for each batch otherwise the inside is undone. -the pool will be closed at least a few days-a week every couple of weeks because they use LAUNDRY detergent in them. (You can literally smell the tide soap. -the manager/owner will lie straight to your face to save face -the room doors dont shut unless you PULL them closed. -your room card will need to be fixed and reactivated at least every 4 days. -the TV is an LG via roughly 2001 and wont connect to the hotels wi fi, and if

First they charged me 350$ for two nights. Was supposed to be two queen beds. Get to the room there was only two full beds. Bathroom had black mold on the sealing. Door barely worked to open. Didn’t give extra towels blankets and sheets were stained and dirty. No continental breakfast as announced. Outside was dirty with beer caps garbage and glass everywhere. Outside door ain’t close and secure. A lot of drunk people and suspect people. Venting machines stole money and there was a sign stating they didn’t do refunds reguardless anything. Oh and they tried to charge me ANOTHER 100$ for the room after I checked out sneaking on my card HOURS AFTER. Even after I cleaned the room for them. I do not suggest. Worst hotel experience I had.
