Holiday Inn Eau Claire South I-94 by IHG

I have been working with the Holiday Inn South -- Eau Claire for many years. We hold 5 to 10 events/meetings here each year. They are great to work with and treat me like family. They go above/beyond for their customers and it really shows. I am very busy, and they make life easier for me. Their meeting room space is great as well as their sleeping rooms. Having Johnny's Italian Steakhouse onsite is wonderful as well (food is amazing!).

What a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Eau Claire South! My partner and I recently spent a weekend here and couldn't have been happier with our experience. ​The amenities were a major highlight for us. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the pool and the hot tub—a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring Eau Claire. It was clean, well-maintained, and just what we needed. ​Our room exceeded expectations, too. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and offered a wonderfully private retreat. The beds were cozy, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed us to get a great night's sleep. My husband and I stayed here one Saturday night as my friends reception was on the premises. Was a beautiful venue and we should have stayed the night before as well! Was a wonderful experience. I was able to check in early to touch up makeup and change before the ceremony, as it was a bit of a drive. Husband used the pool and hot tub. No complaints here. Would come back and make a weekend out of it.

Nice rooms, but we were bothered by the staff at every turn. We accidentally walked a hockey stick through the lobby as we were carrying all the rest of our luggage up to our room. We bought drinks from the bar and wanted to socialize in the lobby, but bothered/ almost thrown out until they realized we bought our drinks from them. This place is a no fun zone for families. Pool use doesn't allow you to bring in a bag of chips. We've been IHG members for more than 5 years and were turned off by the pushy staff behavior. No inclusive breakfast. Had a hot tub. Otherwise nice stay and decent rooms.

We stayed here one night on our vacation. The room was nice but a bit more basic than we expected. The staff were all very nice and helpful! There's a restaurant located inside this hotel and the food was amazing!! I highly recommend the Zucchini fries!! They were so good! Beware though the prices are a bit expensive. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
