My husband and I had a most enjoyable stay while visiting family over Christmas. The service was great. The room was clean, quiet and cozy—a place we looked forward to settling into after a busy day with family. The breakfast was also really great—first time we had the make-your-own breakfast sandwich station. Lots of choices to be had. We look forward to staying here again someday.

Home2s are my go to when traveling due to their locations and how affordable the rooms typically are. I stayed at this Home2 twice in one week, totaling 4 nights. The first stay/first two nights were in a room on the fourth floor. Everything went great, the room was super clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. I had no issues. If this was my only stay, I’d give 5 stars easily. Unfortunately my second stay was disappointing. I was on the second floor this time. The first night, the person in the room above me stomped and banged around from when they arrived at 9PM until they left at 5AM the next morning. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night, it was so LOUD. I would only stay again if I can guarantee a room on the fourth floor, as there seems to be nothing between floor

Positive: Location Negative: Pool was too cold to swim in, breakfast was terrible and nothing really to eat, bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. Manager refused to give any portion of a refund after we were told by front desk woman we would get a full refund.

We stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer, very spacious, nice hotel with comforts of home. Way more than needed, kitchen equipped with real plates/silverware, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Very clean, great location near the freeway, yet quiet. Nice toiletries, but no body lotion. ( noticed because I forgot mine).|The only issue we had was the sliding barn door type bathroom door. Every time it was slid closed, it slid back open all the way.|Shove a washcloth under the sliding bathroom door for privacy if yours doesn't stay shut. |Breakfast was adequate, plates/ silverware are stored on shelves under the counter the food is served on. I don't think their is a food warmer though, seemed to be just lights, my food was pretty lukewarm to cool. |Eggs, sausage, hash browns, c

I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties over the years and have always had great experiences — until now. Unfortunately, my stay at the Home2 Suites in Eau Claire was the first time I’ve ever received such poor service from a Hilton brand.||During my stay, there was loud and unruly behavior in the middle of the night that the hotel failed to properly address. After a restless night, I politely asked for a late checkout so I could get a bit of rest before driving the next day. The front desk was short and dismissive, saying only that they had “given out enough late checkouts.” There was no explanation, no courtesy, and certainly no empathy for the situation. I was simply told, “Be out at 11.”||It’s disappointing to see this level of customer service from a Hilton property. I would recommend c
