This is one of my favorite hotels! The rooms are so well laid out, nice and roomy and fun additions like fireplace and kitchenette in some. I cat get over how comfortable the beds, sheets, and pillows are… I’ve never woken up so rested. Been tempted to call the hotel to see what brands they buy to recreate at home. Everything about this hotel is clean and beautiful, they have great oversized parking, and the staff is extremely friendly.

Great location off the interstate! Clean hotel. Warm with very soft sheets!! Newly remodeled. Warm showers, basic but nice breakfast. Nice, roomy pool. I didn’t go in but I heard it was warm enough. Highly recommend for a quick or a couple nights’ stay.

Positive: Location Negative: Hotel is aging and needs updating. But can’t beat the location, breakfast great…I will be back

One thing to know - it's a 2-story hotel with no elevator. Fortunately they had rooms on the first floor, since my husband is disabled and would have had a problem with the stairs. || The room was nicely arranged and very clean and the furnishings seemed new. Unfortunately, we found the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable, so would not stay here again. It wasn't really a bad bed, just too firm for our tastes. And the lighting setup in the room was bizarre. All the switches on the lamps had been disabled so they could only be controlled by a single switch by the door. This means that the lights are either ALL on or ALL off, which defeats the entire purpose of a bedside lamp! Why would anybody do this? It doesn't even save the hotel money - just makes the room less habitable and sign

Decent value hotel. A few rough patches in hallway carpet, but clean in the areas that I saw. Likewise our room was clean, clear of any odors. A little bit out from Eau Claire proper, but nothing a 10 minute drive doesn't remedy. Free breakfast was OK, not a lot of options, but odds are you'll be able to find something to eat.
