Days Inn by Wyndham Waynesboro

Wow Awesome Hotel..The Management of this beautiful hotel are all so sweet and will do anything and everything to make your stay here like HOME!!! The mountains are so beautiful here and it's very clean and well ll taken care of ,that's for sure. .!! I'll always make my stay at this Days Inn Every time...RITA ....

Great price, which is why we booked and reviews seemed mixed. Beds were hard which was okay by me, but not the others traveling in my party. Reserved a room for 4 and only has towels for 2. "Breakfast" consisted of muffins, juice, and coffee... maybe consider hot water and tea for your travelers?

Positive: The only positive is that it is right off the highway. Unfortunately, that’s also a negative. Negative: I did not like everything about the hotel. The sign was completely missing (only the frame remains.) The room was grimy and smelled of more than one type of smoke, and there were several suspicious-looking people loitering about on the property.

I stayed at the Days Inn in Waynesboro, VA for an extended period while traveling for work in the construction industry. I’m used to long hours, rough conditions, and less-than-perfect accommodations I can put up with a lot. Unfortunately, this stay went well beyond what’s reasonable. From the start, there were repeated and unresolved issues including no heat, no hot water, malfunctioning room keys that prevented access to my room, and water leaking from the air-conditioning unit onto the floor. I was required to move rooms more than once, yet the same problems continued. One night, when my room had no heat, I called the front desk from my room asking for basic assistance and a little common courtesy. Stopped for the night while traveling. This rom was filthy. First thing is the odor of the room when you first walk in. It was awful. The edge of the bed was taller than the center of the bed. The bed was obviously very old and worn. The sheets did not smell fresh and there were several black hairs on the pillow I looked at. The toilet in the very old bathroom had not been cleaned. There were visible marks from uncleaned prior use and again more hair in the toilet bowl. The mirror was smeared like a wet towel had been dragged across it. We immediately loaded the car and departed this non refundable room. Never again will we stay with Days Inn.
