Days Inn by Wyndham San Jose Airport

Stayed here a night before flight… Pros: Room surprisingly not bad…clean, spacious… clean sofa, small desk…no closet but a place to hang clothes, iron and board, hair dryer on a wall mount. ( wish more hotels had this ) Refrigerator and microwave. Restaurants/ grocery store near by Cons:, phone did not work, bathtub had no stopper to take bath…. Location a bit sketchy but can’t blame that on Hotel. Thank you for a clean room.

Location is great. Friendly front desk. old room and need some detail cleanness. However, I did not put my expectation in it because other bad experience in different location. This hotel did give me different view in the good way. I probably will stay again.

When we checked in we were given a not yet cleaned room. They gave us a different t room after that. It was decently clean but smelled a bit weird. The free advertised breakfast was basically just some coffee and some packed bagels and cinnamon rolls. Over all if you are just looking for a bed to sleep in it does the job but not much more.

Positive: Location Negative: Yes the internet was supposed to be free! It rarely works and I had to use up all my data! I missed several deadlines because of the lack of internet connection!

I had a very disappointing experience with Days Inn by Wyndham Milpitas. After my stay, I realized I left behind my $200 electronic toothbrush in the room. I called the hotel the next day, and the front desk confirmed they had found it and even noted that I would pick it up the following week. When I returned to get it, the staff told me it was no longer available. What made this worse was the lack of accountability. I emailed the General Manager directly and received no response. Despite my efforts to resolve this fairly, the hotel has ignored me. Worst customer service ever. This shows a lack of professionalism and care for guests’ belongings. If staff confirm they found something, guests should be able to trust it will be returned. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I do no
