Days Inn by Wyndham Rock Hill

The pillows were lumpy, the trash outside the room hadn’t been changed in quite awhile because it reeked. The breakfast was non-existent, a few pieces of burnt toast, a waffle maker, no yogurt or fruit. The staff was unconcerned about all issues brought to their attention. Would not recommend.

We stayed here about two weeks ago for 2 nights. The room wasn’t bad but the sink didn’t work, tv didn’t work, we had to go to the office four times because we kept being given a bad key card but they blamed us for them messing up when we never put the card where it wasn’t supposed to be. House keeping tried to kick me and my nieces out of the room saying we had to check out but we were staying on more night there. It took her 5 hours to bring us one clean towel. Then the next day we had to check out at 11am and she tried kicking us out again to clean the room at 7am after I told her checkout for us is at 11am and we were waiting on our ride. Two minutes after our ride got there it was only 9:50 and she came back telling us we had to leave while we were in the middle of eating and packing.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room had roaches, toilet was running all night, and the room was right next to the hotel laundry room. So I heard the washer/dryer all night long. I didn't sleep one minute.

Decent place for the price. Here you will be greeted by a pleasant personality that is focus on getting you checked in quickly. Once you receive your key you will venture to your room. The outer appearance at first may look a little sketchy sue to low lighting and outdated exterior. Just be safe and aware. Upon interning the room you will find a clean room with a pleasant smell, clean sheets and a more moderate decors. The rooms are simply designed with just the essentials you may need. All around a nice place to lay your head for the night. For the most part the night was quite except an occasional passerby. I would recommend this place if you are on a budget and in need of a clean and comfortable place to lay your head for the night.

If I could give it a zero stars I would!!! Writing This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We stayed here for three days and were planning to extend our stay for another night. I was in constant communication with the front desk while trying to get the money together to pay for the extra night. Instead of acting like a professional, the man at the desk refused to check us back in and started yelling at me like I was some kind of inconvenience. Then he tried to claim one of the reasons we couldn’t stay again was because the room “smelled.” We booked a smoking room, so obviously it smelled like smoke when we got there. Using that as an excuse just shows how ridiculous and dishonest the whole situation was. The attitude from the staff was unbelievable. Rude, disrespectful,
