Days Inn by Wyndham Phoenix West

Hotel located in the center of groups of drug users, syringes on the ground. Weird garbage cars enter the hotel parking lot in the evening to scout the area, the reception told me it was "not a problem". The refrigerator broke down overnight; it had already defrosted and leaked liters of water onto the floor. We never received the compensation promised by the reception manager. SCREAMS at night, refrigerated trucks sleeping under the windows, engine running of course. RUN

Positive: King bed was of great quality. Room was clean. The whole stay was much much better than we anticipated. Negative: We drive a larger 4 door pickup. Parking was tight. But it worked..

No staff was on-site when I arrived for check-in. I had to wait fir overcast hour to get my room key. When the concierge finally turned up, he was rude. The rooms were very dated. When I arrived there were strange people hanging out in the parking lot giving the pkacdcan unsafe vibe.|The layout is quite inconvenient if you have luggage.|This hotel is a low end overnight option if everything else fails but given the many other options in the area there are mucgph better places to stay

We had a very amazing stay the staff awesome the breakfast was good. the coffee is better that they make then what is given in the room. the Bed was cozy and my husband liked the room nice and cold and ac allowed for that. The staff cleaned our room daily and the pool was cozy and I enjoyed being able to relax in it daily. Pizzahut delivery was done with ease for us for dinner even. once in our room we barely heard out side noises.

No good breakfast options. Waffle dispenser broken, not working, or not set up, five plain bagels, four pieces of bread, old fruit, five oatmeal bags, dry cereal Beds and pillows are hard, not comfortable AC in my room kept making weird noises all night No bedbugs tho.
