Days Inn by Wyndham Phoenix North

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First of all, the hotel was very dirty. The cleanliness standards were absolutely unacceptable. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed that it had not been properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, surfaces were dusty, and there was a strong unpleasant smell. The most shocking part was the bed. The sheets had visible blood stains on them, which is completely unacceptable and disturbing. Clean bedding is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and finding blood on the sheets made me feel disgusted and very uncomfortable. Positive: Very clean and comfortable rooms. No outside noise. Negative: Only that the bed in a handicap accessible room is a bit high to get into from a wheelchair.

Near all the freeways! Comfortable bed and clean room! The Waffle House walking distance open 24 hours was great! Plenty of of safe parking .

Convenient location with good foot traffic and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious. However, the breakfast selection is very minimal, with no eggs or meat options. The biggest downside is the lack of soundproofing: you can clearly hear snoring and other noises from the neighboring rooms. It’s especially frustrating during quiet hours, as I unfortunately experienced.

It's a good location right off the highway. Thete is a Waffle House and a Denny's right nextdoor and a Circle K gas station half a block away. The property itself is so/so. It's fine for a night if , literally, your going to come in go to sleep and leave in the morning. It's not a bad place it's just not all that.
