This place is not what is advertised. A non smoking room smells like cigarettes. Toilet paper in the toilet. Floors dirty smoking alarmed was ripped off. Bedding was disgusting. Will not stay here again. Don’t waste your money. Also staff wasn’t friendly and they were on the phone and not paying attention.

Positive: none Negative: The non-smoking room smelled heavy of smoking. The carpet on the floor is ripped up. The bathroom toilet seat cover was broken and sitting on the side, and toilet seat was broken and loose also. The tub had mold around the caulking. Rude housekeeping.

Selected this location last minute after canceling hotel in neighboring town. Price was cheap and location ideal. - We wanted to give this place ZERO stars. Questionable characters all around. Myself and my sister did not feel safe. Lobby filthy, pool had cracks at the bottom and steps dirty. We were provided a second floor key drove around to the front of the parking lot to discover people just hanging out on the 2 and 3 floor landing. In the back of the parking lot homeless men pulling shopping carts and ladies of the night being dropped off by a car. We thought no way! Went back to the office and requested a room on the ground floor where we could park the car right in front of the door. They obliged. Before putting our things in the room we inspected the room and that was shocking! Ai

Room reeked of smoke, stains all over bedding. Sheets, pillow cases, blankets. Fake nail found on the side of the bed frame. Lingering hairs under lamps. Carpet is peeling up, broken picture frame beside bed. Toilet seat is broken. Cleaning lady is extremely unfriendly. We asked for new sheets and we were told they wouldn’t provide us new ones because they had just cleaned. My friend and I felt very unsafe here. We woke up in the middle of the night to unsettling noises coming from our bathroom that went on for about a minute. As well as screaming on and off all night outside our door.

The room was full of worst smell, You could hear people yelling outside until late night. They do not serve breakfast even though it is advertised on their website/app. Room was a "non-smoking" room but still smelled like cigarettes. One of the worst hotel I choosed in my life time. Never ever book this hotel.
