Days Inn by Wyndham Norfolk Airport

False advertisement. The room did not appear to be like the pictures online. They refused to give me a refund. They offered to give me another room there, however I had already booked a room at LaQuinta which is amazing by the way. They said since I had been in the room over 15 minutes they could not refund me for the three nights I paid for. It’s clear that they don’t follow a policy and do not care for their customers. It’s a shame when everything is about a dollar instead of having some integrity. I will no longer book here again.

Coming from Marriott’s standards and hospitality management I was surprised. I have never stayed anywhere other than Marriott, but this night wasn’t about Marriott This property was great, check was easy, friendly, and knowledgeable. My room was great, clean, bed was soft pillows were great as well. When I say I was surprised I was but it was a wonderful experience. If I had anything to say would be floors, towels can be a different quality, and TV could go bigger.

It only gets one star for the price and the ease of booking. Got here and it was a strong weed smell right at the front door as I walked in for check in. Open condoms in parking lot. I got to check in early but it was $50 which was basically like booking another day. Room was so dirty. Corners full of dirt, sheets with stains, mirrors and sink dirt with stains. I went to take a shower and almost threw up! Shower had lots of hair in it and I was terrified to shower but kept on my slides and fought through. The toilet was so dirty inside and out. Hair all on floor and in corners. I went to ask for fresh towels and the man gave me towels that had tons of hair looked like pubic hairs! This was such a disappointment! Positive: Location to the airport Negative: Hotel is very old, there are bubbles on the ceiling which indicates there was water damage (hope there no molds under the paint). The supplemental lock on the door is about to fall off. The hotel just need a complete renovation.

We came down here for my birthday weekend from Pennsylvania to celebrate with friend. Booked the room online for 3 nights . First thing i was double charged 268.90 when i first arrived then again the next day. .i went to the office after noticed it in my banking app and didnt even get an apology I was just told it would be refunded which can take up to 3 days. Should been reversed immediately. After leaving the office I go to my room fuming and my key card didnt work. Had to go back to the office and again no apologies. The person only put it in for 1 day instead of 3. Again fuming went to my room and had to go back to the office because nobody came to give fresh towels. I have stayed in other hotels and always got fresh towels. I will never stay in this hotel again and would give
