Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are friendly, patient, hard working, and always nice to see. The shuttle service is timely, convenient, and the drivers are always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean although it is a little beaten up and old. The staff keeps the lobby spotless and the rooms are clean even though the fixtures are a little worn out. There is a train across the street for easy access to the airport. the rooms are quiet. The access to the airport via shuttle or train is perfect. They also offer parking for stay and fly if you are coming from far away in a car to catch a flight. The best part of this hotel is access to the airport and its staff.

Positive: Was very annoying seeing rodents in my room. Woke up to one in bed. Went to get move turned on restroom light they where taking over why going to a room change in middle of night seen two in hall. Negative: Customer service was great very apologetic.

Not worth the money. Rooms are dated. Carpet fraying and bath tub stained. Hallway smells of cigarettes though we booked a non-smoking room. Bartender was very rude. Never smiled and refused to make certain drinks. Receptionist, who said she was the manager, gave attitude about everything. Nor kind friendly at all. Was here for baseball tournament and was told no kids can be out of the rooms after 10 not could adults drink and be out side after that time. They are a triple crown hotel but has no patience for children. Upon check in, disabled lady with CP booked an accessible room yet was told she booked the wrong room. She ended up going with a different too. To be accommodating and asked for assistance with bags since she was in crutches and receptionist told her they cannot accommodate t

I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the Valley Metro station right outside as I came for the Innings Festival in Tempe. I had no issues at this hotel. I thought the lobby and rooms were clean and the staff were respectful. The cucumber water they have at the front was delicious as well and the free coffee they have outside the hotel restaurant in the mornings. Had no problems finding parking ($14/day) and there was no outside noise from our 4th floor room. I would stay here again.

An odd experience overall. The facility and location are fine. My teenager and I checked in around 9 p.m. after a long flight from the East Coast. He wasn’t feeling well and wanted room service, which is advertised via QR code and a dedicated phone button. The room service line rang unanswered multiple times, even after the front desk transferred me back to it. When I went to the restaurant to ask in person, the bartender (without looking at me) said they were too busy for room service and offered no alternative. A front desk attendant was kind and offered to help, but I ultimately just ordered Grubhub. Later, I misplaced the paper parking pass ($14/day) after switching rental cars — entirely my fault. Still, I was surprised by how rude and lecturing the front desk attendant was about it
