Covered Wagon RV Park

This is basically a residential RV and trailer park in a low-income apartment area in Phoenix. I believe that I was one of the few short term renters. It's a fairly questionable neighborhood. And located right next to a busy/loud highway. When I checked in I wasn't handed any information about the park. They have an online check-in but don't provide any real information about the park including the combination to open the door to the shower. When I finally managed to get the combination to the door lock they wouldn't open anyway. in addition, the phone number that they give you in case of an emergency basically doesn't work. I would give this a 1 due to many issues. There are way to many cats wandering around and spraying all of the things left outside, we had to throw these items away (chair, bottle bin etc) away as you will never get that smell out of anything material. The cats taunt the dogs that must be leashed but the cats can wander free. ||||The area is very dangerous, homeless right outside the campground. There has been so many shootings near by. The homeless, prostitution is rampant in this part of town. They do have cameras all over the park to keep an eye on things. They locked down the showers/bathrooms for what they call upgrading the pipes/plumbing but these have been closed since the 2nd week of January and we have seen no workers or work happening in there. I was very skeptical about this place as most of the reviews are a bit sketchy. But my experience was outstanding. My children loved this place. They felt safe, they would walk around everywhere, they'd go swimming, they'd walk across and play on the overpass bridge, they had good conversations with other guests who have been here for quite some time, as well as I did. The staff that I had the pleasure of speaking with and coming into contact with was Jazmin, who was so beyond helpful and more than accommodating to our needs. She has the sweetest and calmest demeanor to put you at ease and reassure you that almost anything is possible within reasoning at this wonderful place. No toilet paper in shower room stalls. Gobs of hair in the shower drain - all showers! Countless stray cats that went into vehicles! Nobody at the office to check in (during business hours) with no sign posted. Overall, absolutely filthy!

Management is amazing! She is great and you won't be disappointed!!! Not the greatest location is why I'm giving a 3 star rating, but didn't seem to have to much of a problem.
