Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Airport Herndon

This property is great! I have made it a habit to stay at this location when flying into and out of Dulles, if an overnight stay is needed. The hotel is consistent in its offerings, like the shuttle to and from the airport. My rooms have always been neat and clean, and the staff is courtesy and professional. When I had to fly in for a family emergency recently and needed an early check-in, Namia was able to find me an available room. She was kind and attentive. I greatly appreciated it, as I had just arrived after having been on a 14 hour flight. I was exhausted. The little things become the "big" things. So happy to a Marriott Bonvoy member and to recommend this Courtyard by Marriott.

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! The staff has been fantastic, very friendly. The rooms are amazing, super clean. The shuttle from the airport took a while, but that's only because I didn't know which curbside pickup to stand by.. I know now. UPDATE: I was given a platinum elite voucher for each night of my stay. The desk staff only processed one of the vouchers and then charged me for the food on multiple occasions. I wouldn't have purchased the marketplace food if I knew the vouchers didn't show up on my receipt and I would be charged. For the rooms, the last day of my stay the room had chemical fragrant smell. I had severe allergies inside the room due to this. Outside the hotel was no problem, cleared up. Went back to the room and my allergies flared up again until I opened the door to my room. No way to open windows

I stayed here for three nights, Monday through Wednesday, checking out Thursday. While the location is convenient for the airport and the shuttle was reliable, an experience during my stay significantly changed my overall impression. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle. In the mornings it runs every 30 minutes and was on time, and in the evenings it’s on demand and easy to arrange. The gym is also solid. It’s clean, well equipped, and better than average for an airport hotel. That said, there were several issues. There was no tea in the room and no free coffee or tea in the lobby. I’m not a big coffee drinker, but this was noticeable enough that I walked next door to the Hyatt for coffee. We had a Suite with 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa bed for a 2 night stay at the start of a vacation after a transatlantic flight. |Hotel provides a shuttle from and to the airport terminal. This worked well for us and the drivers could not have been more helpful|We were allocated an accessible Suite which was large and relatively sparsely furnished. Though everything worked and the suite was fine for our needs. |We were in the hotel at the weekend and the noise levels from both within and without were very low. |The hotel is within walking distance of a Metro station and so DC city centre can readily be reached without the need of a car. |Our room rate included breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised with the variety and quality of the food provided. |IMHO, this hotel certainly offered us good
