Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lansing, MI

We just spent 2 nights at this establishment and we couldn't have been happier!! Frank, Katrina and Laura at the front desk were AMAZING!! The breakfast was hot and delicious! My daughter enjoyed the pool which was very clean and the water was warm. The beds were super comfy and the room was clean. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip in the area!!

You can tell this is an older hotel, from the worn carpets. The room was clean, however there is no housekeeping during the 3 days 4 nights we stayed. No clean daily, no trash removal unless you put it outside your door. It was snowing the night we arrived, while the drive had been somewhat plowed, the sidewalk was a mess and stayed a mess for two days. No one bothered to shovel off the walk until it had started to melt. Breakfast was started at 6 and was cold by 7. Coffee and tea were good. And the waffles that you made yourself were good.

Maintenance needs to stop up better. Needs new carpeting. Hazardous conditions in the hallways.. construction supplies left to be tripped on(long pieces of stripping..) laying in the middle of the hallways. Didn't explore pool area so no info. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Windows leaked cold air by the buffet area.

For the most part it was clean. Just the rooms are very closed up smelling. And somebody needs to clean the heating and cooling system because it's very full of dust in room 104. But other than that the staff was friendly the room was clean other than the vents the curtains need probably replaced because they're pretty old and shredded. Breakfast was good I will stay again

Customer service is always the best. Jacuzzi tubs could be a lot cleaner though... You can always tell what room I'm in because the tub is always cleaner when I leave then when I arrived. .. except for the one time there was a 4 and 6 year old sprinting through the hallways at 1am with no adult and their little dog yapping away.. 😂
