Comfort Suites Downtown Sacramento

Check in was smooth, the person at the desk was kind and sweet, and this was very nice after a long trip. The room itself was clean and quite large, like a studio, with a sitting area with couch and chairs a bit separate from the bed area. Nice design layout and features, wooden closet door, real pictures on the walls and back lighting on the bed. Very comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was eggs and sausage, waffles and pastries. The price was 1/2 the others in the area. This was a deal!! I've added this to favorites. A welcome surprise. I was at first worried about the area, allot of people wandering around. It was safe and exceeded expectations.

I stayed at this hotel for several weeks due to a court trial I had in Sacramento superior court. The hotel staff - Lupe and Ramon especially - were very gracious in allowing me to use different areas to prepare. I had papers, computers, blowups - all of that. They cleanings staff always cleaned my room and made sure not the disturb all of my stacks of papers and binders. Hot coffee was always available. I was overall a great experience. Thank you.

Positive: The staff (dayshift front desk) was extremely accommodating Negative: They should add whip cream and maybe fresh blueberries or strawberries to the syrup and butter toppings they make available for the waffles

Had a last minute trip and stayed at this location, at first I was worried about the area (a lot of homeless people living in the street and behind the property) but it was safe, there was a gated parking lot to park in at night. The room was huge, separate living room area, 2 extremely comfortable beds in the other room. The room was clean, the staff was very nice, I would definitely stay here again.

Jash really came through to help me during the Christmas holiday. I'd had enough of my family and needed a quiet place to sleep and get away from it. He was able to hook me up with a good room on short notice that was tucked away from everyone else. 10/10. Thank you, Jash.
