Comfort Inn & Suites Sacramento - University Area

The breakfast was ok. The only thing I had to call the front desk was the noise from th Jacuzzi down stairs at the 1st floor. It wasn't that bad only if you get closer to the window You feel the and hear like a vibrating sound but I felt asleep anyway because it's like a white noise . Everything else was good and felt safe. Decent location off the freeway. Friendly staff.

Overall, good experience reasonably priced. The check-in was quick and eventless. We were able to check in early at no charge. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. In addition the room had a microwave, small fridge and a coffee machine which was very convenient. The only complaint I had was the mattress which was old, soft spring mattress. I woke up with a sore back.

I was in town after a medical emergency with my son sent him six hours from home, I checked in exhausted after a night in the ER and then driving six hours. I asked to check in early, I was sure they'd say no, we've had other hotels make us wait 10 minutes until the exact check in time, so I wasn't hopeful. I was surprised when I was given a room! I wasn't sure how long my stay would be, they were so kind and I was able to extend it day by day as I heard from his doctor. I cannot say enough about the staff here! The location feels safe as well for a woman traveling alone; it felt safe. The hotel is also clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Room was spacious, TV is large and easy to use, a/c worked perfectly, Could open the windows!, juice and coffee always ready and right down the hall, great hot breakfast, staff very friendly, location right off highway and next to conveniences. Didn't charge the $10 parking fee as advertised. Definitely a great stay 😀

My company tried to cover my hotel and was hung up on 6 times in a 2 day period by the receptionist. I paid for the hotel myself. Get here and there is kids screaming in the room next to mine. At 930pm someone slammed into the wall and woke me up. Its now 1030 and someone has been revving their truck in the parking since 945. Called receptionist and asked them to do something about it. Truck moved 10 parking spaces over and is still being disrespectfully loud. Do NOT recommend staying here at all. Ive stayed in south sacramento in hotels where drugs are clearly being sold and those guys were quieter than these ppl are.
