Comfort Inn MSP Airport - Mall of America

This hotel was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, Javier at the front desk made me feel incredibly welcomed. His attentiveness, warmth, and natural charm immediately put me at ease and made me feel truly taken care of. It was such a great way to begin my vacation, knowing I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Javier’s professionalism and kindness really stood out and set the tone for the entire stay. The room itself was very nice and exceptionally clean. I also loved the convenience of having a restaurant on site, multi-day parking, and a shuttle to the airport. Everything was easy and comfortable, but it was Javier’s outstanding hospitality that made the experience especially memorable.

The hotel could use a remodel. We were booked there pretty much by our airline when our flight was cancelled. I have to say when I arrived I was not too sure, however, the staff was SO NICE. The lady at the front desk had no problem showing me a room, and afterward checked us into an adjoining room with our son next door. Really, the staff was what made the hotel shine. Every different desk attendant, the van drivers, everyone. It was clean and we had a great night's sleep. In fact, we would go back.

Our stay was fantastic!! Only reason for not giving 5 stars? Is rooms need a little tlc. Outlet missing a cover, and a nice black stain on a wall. Other then that, staff was awesome!! Friendly and helpful. Was nice to bd able to talk and have some laughs with them!! If we r in area again, we will definitely stay with them. Also, the breakfast was delicious!!

The amenities and common areas were decent; the lobby was nice, breakfast was okay, and I appreciated the pool and outdoor courtyard. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The room itself was dirty, and the entire hotel smelled strongly of weed. The headboard had streaks that looked like cleaning solution that hadn’t been wiped off, but there were also other suspicious white marks that made me question if it had been cleaned at all. There was no shampoo provided, and the bed was so worn down that there was a huge divot in the middle—I couldn’t stay on my side without rolling inward. Overall, the amenities save this from being a one-star review, but the cleanliness and comfort were very disappointing.

I usually stay here when in Bloomington. Usually decent. No hot tub in pool area. There was some domestic on our floor last night but its the cities lol. Hotel staff took care of it. Was late for breakfast but lady let my kid in so that was nice of her. Outback is attached. Nice courtyard.
