Cobble Mountain Lodge, LLC.

Had a great stay at Cobble Mountain Lodge. Stayed here during a hiking trip with some friends. We got one of the cabins that had 2 bedrooms plus a pullout couch. Place was great with tons of space at a reasonable price. Room was clean and quiet, close proximity to the main areas of Lake Placid, and had a kitchen and living room in addition to the 2 bedrooms. There was even a gas fireplace in the living area which was great for warming up after a very cold hike. There was a firepit on property as well but we didn't spend any time there. Highly recommended for groups looking for lots of space at a good price.

My wife, pup and I have stayed at the Cobble Mountain Lodge 3 times so far, with 2 more trips booked for the future. Our last stay was a total of 4 nights and made up half of our honeymoon. We have stayed in the 1 room attached cabin twice and an unattached apartment that sleeps 6 with a loft once. The small cabins are very cute and comfortable. They are perfect for short stays with a friend or partner. The apartment has a cool loft overlooking the kitchen/living space and a separate bedroom. Our favorite part inside the cabin is the gas fireplace! It added a very rustic and homey feeling while still being super easy to operate. Outside, we had a private yard with a fire pit, bbq and picnic table. The setup was awesome. The folks who work here are very friendly and approachable. T

Location isn't far, rooms are beautiful with some what of a view. Upstairs bathroom toilet was very loose and did not feel safe, remainder of time spent here we didn't use that bathroom. Downstairs bathroom had a spot on the ceiling I'm assuming from the toilet upstairs. Over all it was spacious enough for 8 ladies for a 40th birthday overnight get away.

Positive: Cleanliness and overall look of the hotel. The guess was really gentle. Negative: The soundproofing is not excellent, if you have noisy neighbors it may be disturbing.

My fiancé and I love to celebrate our birthdays together. Our birthday is the month of October and we always take vacation around this time. This year we decided to celebrate at lake place. We couldn’t find a better place to stay. Cobble mountain was a perfect place to enjoy our time together. Perfect place to stay cozy and relax after exploring the town. Can’t wait to come back to lake place and stay at cobble mountain to enjoy amazing cozy time with my only one 🫶🏼. Thank you to make this birthday so unforgettable 🙏🏼🤗😘🫶🏼🎉🎊🍾
