Clean rooms, easy and great service. Close to downtown and public transportation, also right next to the airport. I'd stay here again, great value.

If the blankets weren't so filthy and the walls so dirty it wouldn't be that bad of place, well except when the owner comes to your door yelling at you because you slept in (we came from CA at 3am). So overall we definitely will NOT be back.

Easily one of the most disgusting places ever. The carpet is so filthy you can't even tell what the original color was. It's one of those places you want to take in as little as possible in case there are bugs. While I didn't see any, I slept with the lights on. The best part was the dirty, filthy ceiling mirror above the bed. Lol! There was a microwave in the room and no place to plug it in. They price gouge during spring training. The owner is rude. No tell, motel, from hell!

If i could give this 0 stars i would. We went to Phoenix for and decided to stay till the last minute so this is what we found right away. Taught it was decent looking comored to the ones close by. We payed 55 for a room , we stayed in room 121. We wake up ij the middle of the to find bites all over us itching, we get up & check the bed the sheets & there was bed bugs running all over. My husband went to the front desk lady(indu) tod her wht was going on she had her attitude that no refunds & to call the cops if we had a problem. So my husband did they came but couldn't help ince she told them there was NO REFUND regardless if the bed was full of bed bugs!! we ended up grabbing our stuff & leaving town. We paid to stay just one night & we only stayed 3 hours due to the bed bugs. Do not let

My stay was exceptional. Management and staff were pleasant and caring. The room was extremely clean and modern. I will be back and highly recommend this establishment. Thank you.
