City Center Downtown Motel

Most UNSAFE I’ve felt in my whole life, if I could give this zero stars I would. I have never in my life left a review especially not a bad one but this place is beyond words. There was exposed wires all over, what looked like could have been a camera pointed directly at the toilet, me and my partner had to take the bed sheets off the bed and put down our own blankets due to the hair and stains on the bed and ended up leaving about an hour later due to safety concerns, there was no drain cover for the bath and the curtains looked gross and almost molded on the bottom. There were bugs in the sink, the door lock was broken, the whole place was dirty like it hasent been cleaned in months and the pictures are not accurate at all. If I can advise at least one person to stay away I will be happy

Unscrupulous business tactics, which pray on loyal customers. Attempting To pilfer more money By ADDING ILLEGAL COST (Charging “Pet Fees” For Emotional Support Animals) AND FRAUDULENTLY WITHHOLDING DEPOSITS BY FALSIFYING DAMAGE REPORTS!!! This Roach Motel Needs to Be Investigated By the Better Business Bureau!!!!

I am shocked this place is so well-rated. The sheets had stains on them. The walls were grungy and the floors were dirty. There was no soap and no trash can. The metal slide lock on the door was missing. This was not even significantly cheaper than another motel in the area. Like another reviewer, I was told the hotel was full and I could not be moved even though the lot was 1/2 full. They called me and asked me to take down my review for a refund, and never refunded me. They will not pick up or return calls. This place is shady as hell. STAY AWAY.

It was a nice stay. Ok stay for the week but weekend was very noisy. Towels and sheet cleanliness could improve a bit. Happy to stay again, I have a allergies and they have true no dog rooms. Designated some rooms for service animals. Happy to update my review after future stay and check for cleanliness.
