DO NOT FALL FOR THE PRICE ON CRAIGSLIST!!! It’s a scam to pull you in. I was quoted For $900+ for the first two weeks and monthly payments are $1500 and that’s not guaranteed since price fluctuate so much depending upon how busy they are. It’s kinda a shame since it supposed to be a place meant to help people get on their feet but it’s practically the same cost as an apartment.I understand that it’s all utilities included but I think if you’re at least going to advertise it then don’t lie to people looking for something low income. Only positive I can say was the woman on the phone polite.

I'm very happy that I moved Budget Suit 2702 W Yorkshire Drive Phoenix AZ ||First 4 weeks was expensive now taxes dropped it's cheaper ||I have no problems ||Office Team very caring ||You can stay week two week 3 week 4 week and more.||Electric Basic TV water more is included .||Security every day day and night you are safe here ||I highly recommend it Especially you loose high saying Apartment rent ||1 & 2: bedroom.||Yes you clean your own Apartment.||Dishwasher not included 😂 ||Wash your dishes old fashioned way by hands ||Take your own trash out clean the apartment.||Furnished ||I like no 🚬 inside apartment and marijuana 😂 that stinks like a skunk 🦨 not allowed .||I am very happy that I moved in

I spoke to Janae today literally in the reservation Dept. pushed 8. I had questions and this person was completely wrong. Lied about calling me back and kept me on a long hold. I don’t think this was the location itself. I understand the pressure she may have been in with phone calls, but I requested people I had a good rapport with like Jeff/Jim or Shelia to cb. She was completely out of line to be in customer service. I ask for those specific people cause they were great. So instead of helping the customer she did miss everything I said or asked pertaining to liking what this place offered. Janae if it’s too much for you to divert to resolution. This line is not for you to be answering! Not polite and hung up on me for telling her she should handle situations better.

Myself, my son and my daughter lived at the Budget Inn Suites on Indian School Road and 7th Avenue for 2 months. We moved out on September 14th 2025, and if needed we will stay there again when we permanently return to Phoenix. We had an older one bedroom apartment there but it was still in pretty good shape!! Also, I want to refute the negative reviews on here because my apartment had ZERO cockroaches and ZERO bedbugs!! Before I moved to the budget inn suites, I had read the bad reviews but my cousin suggested I come and check the place out myself before moving in. He suggested I check out the place for myself because he mentioned to me that sometimes people get kicked out of places for either not respecting the property, for being noisy or just for not paying the rent and they get pissed
