Dirty and unsafe. Chips was under the chair cushion. Crumbs and dirt in between sheets. Stains. The list goes on

Worst room I have ever been in. I found 2 giant dead roaches, the beds sucked super uncomfortable. Definitely not worth 70+ dollars. I only got the room out of necessity. Water pressure was horrifically, low or nonexistent… they bragged about having 1000 channels on cable and Internet. There was no Internet, but the thousand channels was basic cable more late night commercials than anything …. the only saving grace was that it was quiet. The ironic part about it is I’ve read the reviews of this place and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every single bad review is 100% correct as a business they should be focusing more on fixing the place up instead of making it to where it looks basically like a trap house or some methed out motel. No smoking rooms??? Their rooms smell like the last 20 people that have been here but doesn't allow smoking. Room hasn't been cleaned. No sheets on the bed. On top of that it's smells like a barnyard! I understand you get what you pay for but I'd expect it to be cleaned and deodorized!!!!! Disgusting and ridiculously filthy!

the owner is a scam artist who promises a good deal then doesn’t tell you about the “taxes” he up charges you. I was told 320 on the phone when I called about a weeks stay, when I arrive he tells me he will take some off and instead of 320, he’ll charge me only $290. Long story short it ended up being $355. 😵‍💫 Mind you I didn’t expect a luxury hotel… I expected ran down place. I’m just homeless at the moment so i needed somewhere cheap. But this place js WAY worst than I ever imagined. absolutely disgusting

I've never seen such a run down filthy hotel such as this one. Bed bugs and roaches are all over the rooms. Owners are extremely rude and have extremely poor customer service skills. Shame my government gave these people money to own this hotel. 😕 I've worked for Hilton and Choice hotels for over 20 years and from my experience staying in this hotel. I recommend shutting down this establishment and sending owners packing back to their country. If you don't like Americans leave.
