Budget Inn Norfolk

This "hotel" was deceptively advertised, all of the pictures used were fake, most of the positive reviews are fake as well. This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. My room was a smoking room which smelled awful despite the listing saying it was non-smoking (which apparently rings true for all their rooms based on other reviews), there were people yelling all night outside, the bed was an extremely uncomfortable spring mattress like in a hide-a-bed couch, the room was dirty, the TV didn't work, the list goes on.This place isn't safe, if you're looking to stay here I highly, highly recommend staying literally anywhere else. We left the minute we woke up and booked another hotel for our second night as we could not stay there.

Positive: nothing Negative: I booked a room at this hotel for 10 days , unfortunately not even 24 hours into my stay I had to be escorted to the hospital. The manager then checks me out the hotel and puts someone in my room while i?m in the hospital and refused to give me a refund.

Actually not bad as it used to be or may look. The inside of the rooms are modern and have a microwave, fridge, TV, everything you need. There is no bugs. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful when I needed anything. Also cleaner then most of the budget hotels in area and right off the interstate. I'd recommend.

Oh my gosh it's terrible. The door wouldn't shut and I had to use the security lock to keep it closed. The heat didn't work I had to unplug and plug it back in. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work. Trash everywhere outside. The TV has no remote so it's stuck on one channel and the volume button doesn't work so it's blasting sound. It's dirty, the sheets have cigarette burns in it. They had the audacity to give me grief about my service dog. "don't mess up the room" he said repeatedly. Like the room isn't already messed up? It's dirty as hell! The price on here is a lie, they charge $75 per night. I was either here or on the streets so it feels like they're truly preying on people going through a hard time, or they think the location makes it worth it, but if you're looking for any sort of

We were sent to room that already had people in it. Then sent to another room that wasn’t cleaned, lights didn’t work, water all over the floor, we were refused a full refund. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a good room!
