Bestway Inn

I've been staying here for a few months. Give or take. In the beginning, they supported our services by, we're taking our money. Weekly, we paid out weekly and it agreed price. But when we started to struggle a little bit due to hours of work. They started to be despite full and hateful towards me.And my family. The weekly rate that I paid was more than enough to pay a monthly rent at a clean apartment. They also have sketchy individuals that live within the building. That seems too treat them better then they did with my family, and I had a full pay working job, and the sketchy individuals looked like they were, i'm just getting by on a day to day basis.

Positive: The room was nice and clean. I didn't need a room with a lot of amenities and for the price I enjoyed my stay. Staff was courteous and front desk already had my reservation ready when I pulled up from previous visit. Very thoughtful. Negative: It's not their fault but the street is rough

I got what I paid for. After driving to the point of too tired to think, I pulled into this Bestway Inn. I don't know what I was thinking but obviously I wasn't. I asked for a first floor room which I was told the only room left had no heat but did have air conditioning. I indicated this would not suffice so i was offered another room with 2 queen size beds having to pay an additional $5.00 for this luxury. I paid it but when I went into the room on the first floor, a king size bed, two ash trays, and the phone line was either cut or not hooked-up. Went back again to tell young lady, this was a smoking room with a king size bed only. She did not believe me! So third time I got a room on the second floor. This room was non-smoking but the cigarette smell reeked in it. Holes in the b

The comforter had burn holes in it. The room was musty smelling. The staff was very rude. When you stay here you’re not allowed to be outside of the room . Do not recommend anyone staying at the hotel. Spend your money somewhere better

It's a clean and efficient motel is very affordable there is no breakfast but McDonald's is right down the street locations not bad it's very convenient for easy access to different locations in Rock Hill I stayed there many times the staff is very friendly
