Best Western Inn

My husband and myself stayed here last week . We are truck drivers and usually get a 2 bed room so we can spread out and relax . Night one we slept in the same bed , night 2 I chose to sleep in the other bed ... pulled the covers back and there was a brown substance on the sheets and on the underside of the blanket . It was late we chose not to call the front desk ( our fault ) I just took the sheets and blanket off the bed and put them in the floor for the housekeeper..... trying to be nice . Upon reviewing our credit card bill they kept the security deposit .... we called and spoke to the front desk who told us the charge was for the damage to the sheets and blanket ..... that we did not do again our fault for not reaching out to the front desk in the middle of the night . Best Western in Lumberton is a place we stay several times a year. This place is like home to us, as we know everyone there and they make us feel like home and are so accommodating. The front desk manager is a lovely woman, as is her staff, including Pat at breakfast which is very good and hot food included. It has a nice selection of food. The maids do d great job keeping the rooms and Inn clean. The rooms are nice size with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. With sofa, coffee table, desk and plenty of place to put your luggage, very clean bathroom also. Easy to get to, right off 1-95, and park out side your door, also has swimming pool. No

Stayed two night, one going to VA and one coming back.Great location. Next to Ruby Tuesday (a plus) safe area, super clean, even the dog area. Room was clean, beds comfy, bathroom was nice, wider shower than normal. Great water pressure. They have tall trash cans. A pet peeve, since most hotels have tiny trash cans. Good price, friendly staff, good wi-fi. Nice and quiet and they take dogs.

Positive: The hotel room was clean. The bed comfortable. Nice large TV with movie channels. Shower was was fine. HVAC worked well. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Great overnight hotel to break up our drive from Florida. Price was right. Negative: Not really.

Location is great, just off the interstate and has some restaurants nearby. Room is recently renovated and spacious. Restroom is clean and functional. Beds are the most comfortable that I have in similar tier of hotels. Sound proof is super. Breakfast place is small and chaotic at times. Parking is plenty.
