Best Western Downtown Phoenix

Excellent experience! Arrived at 1PM, and the front desk held my bags until I could check in at 2PM without an extra charge. They were kind enough to recommend a place to get a cold drink nearby. Check in was smooth. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Never heard other people around me, which was great. Breakfast buffet was above average-- eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffle bar, yogurt bar, juices, and assorted breads/baked goods. Check out was easy. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

You guys fkt me out of the parking fee. No parking fee was disclosed during the reservation process. No parking fee was mentioned during checkin. At payment of bill right before I left I noticed the parking fee. I asked the person behind the counter what was this parking fee, you guys never mentioned. it. The counter guy sort of smiled and said 'we dont disclose the fee'. I was extremely mad but left. You guys fkt me out of an extra hundred dollars that was never disclosed. You should enjoy the hundred dollars because I will never rent from you again at any best western property. If you have a charge, you have to let people know in advance. You didnt and your counter guy thought it was funny. I didnt.

The hotel was truly impressive—spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous variety of flavors and options to choose from. My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and supportive, which added so much to the overall experience. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the hot tub was wonderfully warm and refreshing. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay, and I’d be delighted to return the next time I’m in the city.

Positive: The continental breakfast was very well done with lots of good options.Also the rooms were comfortable and clean. Negative: The only drawback to this hotel was the excessive fee to park in the lot. $18.00/night?!

I gave it 5 stars because it was clean, the staff was helpful and the location was where we needed to be. It could use an update but that didn't make it bad. The breakfast was good and had options of hot and cold food. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but both appeared clean and well maintained. The attendant said parking was $18 per night but if you signed up for the rewards program it was free. $100 deposit upon check in which I'm not sure what for since there was no mini bar or pay per view that I saw. We stayed 3 nights and it was quiet. Dining options within walking distance or a short drive to Roosevelt street. Parking downtown is sparce as it is in many big cities. Pretty close to the airport.
