Bell Hotel & Suites

Air conditioner barely works. The customer service lady was nice. The room is not that good but the worst part is the laundry room absolutely 100% sucks so bad. I left my clothes dripping wet. That is the washer and the dryer barely dries anything just the laundromat alone you don’t wanna go there the rooms are a little below average but I can deal with that but the laundry absolutely sucks. Do not get any laundry there you will hate it plus it costs a Turbo amount for some old old old washers and dryers especially the washers that are worse. That is the reason why I wouldn’t go there ever again but the customer service lady was nice and also by the way they charge three dollars for a can of soda and a dollar for a laundry pod and they call it a Thai pod which it really is. Stayed due to plumbing issues at home. Hotel is renovating 2nd of 3 floors. Water pressure is adequate at best… with occasional shut offs during week. Majority of staff is pleasant, Night Staff is rather full of themselves and condescending. For my needs location is convenient, but wouldn’t suggest…in fact the Holiday inn express across st might be better choice.

See photos before going. It is so nasty. Don't do it. Dirty dirty dirty and on top of it, lots of drug activity. Seriiusly though, at least wipe the damn room down! 😠 😡

Rooms were fine, although the faucet for the tub stayed on while taking a shower. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. You can even purchase snacks and drinks at the front desk if you wish. Location was pretty far from spring training facilities, so that was quite a bummer. They also don’t have an elevator, so if you have a heavy bag, it might be hard getting it upstairs. The bed slid off the frame, so I was afraid I’d fall off. Other than that, it was pretty enjoyable.

Rhe staff here is extremely curtious and helpful especially Ms Kelly who on 2 days at renewal was super patient and understanding while i dealt with bank verificition with my new phone!!!! Thx you so much!
