This resort is quite incredible with the range of activities, pools, Gym and Dayspa.||We stayed in a suite on Level 1 in M building. It was a lovely suite, but I was surprised to see the bathroom wash basin, was situated in the bedroom. ||The bathroom had a bath/tub with shower above and then the toilet. It was a tiny bathroom for a suite of good size. Quite a compromise has been made, with the bathroom space bein so tiny. The towels had limited space for hanging and the towel storage was above the toilet. This always feels wrong.||There was an extra sink in the living area, alongside the bar. This was a really nice touch. Overall the space was very generous for the living area and the separate bedroom. Shame about the bathroom being memorably small.||We had a lovely view over the golf

I absolutely loved my stay here, but have to give three stars overall. Reason being, I am extremely sensitive to scents, even organic essential oil scents, which they have running through the lobbies and gym. In the past, essential oils and other scents have kept me up for days with insomnia. I know the property is just trying to create a good atmosphere for the guests, but unfortunately scents are a health and safety hazard for many people. No scents are the only safe option for everyone. Although, I will say their customer service with this issue, absolutely exceeded my expectations. My input was received well, and after the front desk told me a late checkout was not possible, the assistant manager of operations arranged for me to be able to stay in my room, to be able to shower safely,

Stayed in the Camelback building. Rooms was dated and in need of repair. Both issues are forgivable, But when I ran into a reservation issue with the conference organizer, the hotel staff was completely useless. Manager never gave me the courtesy of meeting me face to face. No phone call. Zero communication. Then they locked me out of the room without telling me the status of my reservation. Had to miss two client meetings to retrieve my luggage and move to a different hotel. Absolutely unforgivable when you are paying North of $400/night. Zero service. Zero care for your customers. Enjoy the view of the golf course from the lobby, because that's probably what you're paying for. It's pretty much all this hotel has to offer. Will never stay again. And will never attend future conferences

Positive: Water park, comfort of room, balcony to watch sunset. Negative: No microwave available in the hotel to heat up leftover meals purchased from restaurants on site. No hand soap or towels or paper towels at the sink in the front dining area. A main pool by our Sedona suite was closed all week until the day we departed.

Pros: big rooms, nice waterpark. Grounds are beautiful and we had a very fun time with our two little boys. Cons: service, coffee shop, non-working phones. When we checked in, the girl at the desk who was on her phone the whole time and on the side complaining about another co-worker to the co-worker next to her, could not even tell us where our room was. When we arrived there were no glasses or bottle opener in room. Went to call front desk and room phone was not working. Called from cell phone and they said someone would be right up. Waited two hours and no one ever came. Had to go to the 1 on property restaurant to ask for glasses. Waited half an hour for a coffee in the morning that was an incorrect order and took another 20 minutes to get the correct drink. Overall 3 stars out of 5
