Aloft Phoenix-Airport

We stayed one night because we had a late arrival at the airport. Hotel was clean and quiet. The receptionist provided excellent breakfast recommendations. It’s close to the airport and has ample parking.

This hotel is convenient to the airport and is surrounded with plenty of things to do. It's clean, and the lobby is welcoming. The staff are friendly and personable. Shout out to Katy for assisting with a disruption quickly and for breakfast. I'd stay here every time. I have my service animal, and they are very dog friendly with fake grass and poop bags on site. Thanks for the warmth.

This hotel's room cleanliness standards were well below expectations. This is not typical of Marriott properties and I've travelled extensively over the years. The first room was unmade, the staff was nice but had to be told to take us to a different room for inspection. He handed me the key to the new room and started to walk off. While the 2nd room appeared ok, after being in the room, the level of cleanliness (sink), poor bedding quality became apparent. I'm hoping this is a one-off. Had we not had to get up at 3:30 for our air departure I would have asked for yet another room. Please note: I typically never post a negative review, even when I have to change rooms - which is a rarity. However, this experience was one that needs to be shared as a heads up. Overall good. Hotel is nice and rooms are in good condition. Bathroom is nice. Bed is comfortable. Chairs in the room aren't very comfortable. Lighting in room is very bright. Can be a bit diificult to use bathroom lighting at night if others are sleeping. Overall, would stay there again, but not my favorite marriott hotel near phx.

OMG! I’m going to say my stay was great! Clean room, clean sheets, clean lobby! They are very accommodating! I have not one complain! But I can say even though I gave her a hard time “KATY” still handled me with profession and was patient very polite! Thank you guys!!!
