The management is the biggest joke ever from not speaking English when convenient to not having a clue about anything so she says. But she's real trailer park as well so go figure. Larry is the owner and Martha is the manger which makes them very special people to charge for a dump like Almondwood Trailer Trash Park. Trailer trash of different shapes, sizes, and colors.

The place was hell on earth when I lived there but maybe with better management and owners of the places they rent it might be nice but it was too expensive to live there, the money the management took from us monthly required a two income family, my manager's own wife left him after I left there, and too dangerous to walk there in spots outside the park. I nearly got sides wiped walking hope often due to the bus system.

Quiet Park, Great for Retired people who love kids, it's family friendly Park with some pets allowed, a great place to buy, or rent, with a strong Management team. I have never had better neighbors, we all watch out for each other. Kids feel safe and can play with confidence because so many homes have surveillance, as well as the office. Only one way in keeps your home safe.

Have a friend that lives there she loves it. Invited me over for the 4th and it was way to loud. But, overall people are nice.
