Yankeeland RV Resort

Nice setting, but management made our stay less enjoyable. The manager and her husband were unfriendly, with curt interactions toward guests. At an event wrapping up around 9:30 p.m. (before quiet hours), the manager stood nearby with arms crossed and a disapproving look, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The community pavilion was chained and locked, which was disappointing — especially on rainy days when it could be used for games or cards. Great potential here, but the customer service approach needs improvement.

We had spent 8 nights in July the past two summers and have already booked for this coming summer. Rates are very affordable especially compared to most campgrounds in the surrounding areas. The owners and staff are very friendly. The location is great and only about 10 minutes from our favorite beach and many others. We enjoy going to Ogunquit, Wells, Kennebunkport, Cabela's in Scarborough, and Freeport and this location is in between and perfect for us. We recommended this campground to family and friends who then camped here as well and now camp here as well. There are lots of seasonal sites and the residents have all been very friendly. We have had no issues with loud noise either which is nice. The pool and two playgrounds were nice for my daughter. We definitely plan on coming here e

Absolutely love Yankeeland. The new Manager has made so many great improvements and they just put in a new playground, updated the pool, added a cool fire pit area, added more store items, etc. it’s a great place to spend our spring and summer!

We have lived here for 2 months so far while waiting to close on our house. This place is awesome in every way! Close to beaches, close to mountain ranges, close to Portland, and the best food on earth in every direction. Our dogs love to go on walks here. The people are so friendly and respectful. It seems like everyone here are all very responsible pet owners and clean up after them! To top things off, Vern, Jan, and Joni are the most friendly and accommodating people we have ever experienced. They seemingly work around the clock to make sure every little detail is carefully maintained. They are always checking to see what they can do to make our stay better and Vern keeps that pool immaculate! All of them work so hard all the time and they accomplish so much that you would thin

Quiet, friendly park. Easy to find and pretty close to the port. The staff was very helpful and kind. Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, but doable.
