Yankee Inn, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We had a really nice stay at Yankee Inn. We loved our room, especially the fireplace and jetted tub — both were a big plus. They functioned perfectly, and we had no issues turning them on or off. It definitely added to the experience. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and every time we interacted with the front desk staff, they were friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent and very convenient. Our only complaint was the bed in Room 221. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to sleep comfortably and both experienced back pain. It may be worth considering upgrading the mattress in that room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities and service.

We were here for the Naumkeag Winter Lights exhibit in Stockbridge. We were greeted warmly by the desk clerk who explained all amenities thoroughly. The rooms were reasonably priced I wish I had time to use the pool and hot tub. We had a king room, which was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was much more than expected, with many hot and cold choices. There is|an on site bar. We will visit again.

Positive: Super nice to be able to park right near your room that doesn?t happen everywhere we stay. Negative: My wife struggled with sleep because the bed was too hard. I did OK. We changed hotels the next day and she did better we stayed there before.

Every stay was great, and I can confidently say I really loved this hotel. The price is very reasonable, especially if you search and book through Google Maps. The hotel is very clean, warm, and comfortable, which made every stay relaxing. One of my favorite rooms had a fireplace that works as a heater. It was not only functional but also added a very calming and cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was extremely clean and felt new, which is something I truly appreciated. We had a quiet weekend stay in one of their supreme rooms. The room was exactly like the photos and overall it was comfortable. The only flaw were the pillows as they were not very comfortable compared to the rest of the bed. The location of the inn was very nice as it’s right next door to a plaza we could walk to with a supermarket, urgent care, CVS, shopping, and food. It was also in nice proximity to the surrounding areas. The building was relatively quiet. The front desk was hospitable and incredibly nice. Jen was very helpful and understanding, and was happy to improve our stay. We would stay here again and I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a chill, simple stay in the Berkshires.
